ACCOUNT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certifications like CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Preferably experienced in construction, manufacturing, or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger) and prepare financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis; monitor performance vs. budget.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT, and IFRS/GAAP; coordinate audits and filings.
• Oversee vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and improve payment cycles.
• Implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team; collaborate with Procurement, HR, and Operations to align financial goals.
