Create Ticket for DMW (POEA) eRegistration:

  • Account Recovery (forgot your email)
  • Account Activation/Confirmation eMail
  • Change eMail Address
  • Editing (Name, Birthday, Gender)
  • Multiple DMW (POE) eRegistration Accounts

    • Automatic match is in place, for cases that automatic match did not work. Example single name — married name, spelling of name, wrong birthday

  • Check the Location of your HelpDesk Ticket

How to Apply for a BM OEC

How to apply for a BM OEC thru POPS-BaM Appointment

  1. Login to https://www.onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
  2. Click Balik-Manggagawa on your top right-hand side
  3. Input your flight date and Cick Next
  4. If you are a new BM, complete your Contract Details
  5. Once done, click Submit
  6. If you are a returning BM, you will be asked if you are returning to the same employer and the same position
  7. If you have no record match or your answer is `No’, you will be asked to Complete your contract details
  8. After clicking Submit, you will be redirected to select your Processing Location
  9. Then Select an Appointment/available Schedule . You can Print or Cancel your Appointment
  10. Show-up on your appointment with your supporting documents (can not be cancelled by OFW after being assigned to an evaluator)
  11. Evaluation could either be
    • Approved : Payment:Print OEC, or 11
    • Compliance (as per evaluator’s advice), or
    • Denial of application

  2. Scrolldown to HelpDesk
    • Inquire Ticket
    • Create Ticket
    • Transfer Old BM records
  3. Click create Ticket
  4. Click continue
  5. Select Service- online Services Balik-Manggagawa
  6. Select Concern – BM-OEC Cancellation
  7. Frequently asked Questions
  8. Eregistration No/eMail Address/forgot
  9. Select Processing Site
  10. Encode OEC to Cancel
  11. Encode Concern details/Reason
  12. Click Submit Ticket

How to get a POPS-BaM exemption

Only those with Previous record in BMONLINE (2016-2021), LB(May2018 onwards) may be exempted

  1. Login to onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
  2. Click Let’s Go!
  3. Click Balik-Manggagawa on your top right-hand side
  4. Input your flight date and Click Next
  5. System will display your Previous record (Employer, jobsite and position)
  6. You will be asked, If you are a returning BM, if you are returning to the same employer, jobsite and the same position
  7. If yes, you can print your POPS-BaM Exemption.

How to create a DMW-eRegistration account

  1. OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph
  2. Click Let’s Go!
  3. Click Register
  4. Click I accept the Terms of Use after reading
  5. Please enter the Personal info
    FirstName, MiddleName, LastName, Suffix, Gender, eMail Address, Birthday
  6. Click Register
  7. Summary of Entry will be displayed for confirmation
  8. Password will be sent to your eMail or some instances it will be displayed
  9. OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph
  10. Click Let’s Go!
  11. Login using your registered email and the password generated by the system
  12. You will be asked to encode your new password twice
  13. Accomplish your profile, Passport Identification, Beneficiary (Answer ‘Yes’)

How to : Change registered email address in the POEA/DMW eRegistration

  1. Go to www.OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph
  2. Scrolldown to HelpDesk
    • Inquire Ticket
    • Create Ticket
    • Transfer Old BM records
  3. Click create Ticket
  4. Click continue at ‘Welcome to Online Helpdesk’
  5. Select Service: online Services ERegistration
  6. Select Concern: Account Problem- Change account email address
  7. Click Next
  8. Read and then Click Next
  9. Click I forgot my ERegistration Number and Email Address
  10. Encode Registrant’s Name and Birthday
  11. Click Find Ticket
  12. Select Processing Site near you
  13. Encode Contact number and new active email address
  14. Attach passport (less than2MB), Click Upload
  15. Click Submit Ticket, click ‘Yes’ to confirm
  16. Copy the Ticket number to Inquire for updates

How to Edit Name/Birthdate/Gender in E-Registration

How to : request editing of registered Name or Birthday or Gender in the POEA/DMW eRegistration

  1. Go to www.OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph
  2. Scrolldown to HelpDesk
    • Inquire Ticket
    • Create Ticket
    • Transfer Old BM records
  3. Click create Ticket
  4. Click continue at ‘Welcome to Online Helpdesk’
  5. Select Service: online Services ERegistration
  6. Select Concern: Edit Account Problem- Name, Birthday or Gender
  7. Click Next
  8. Read and then Click Next
  9. Click I know my E-Registration No/registered Email Address / I forgot my E-registration No and Email Address
  10. Encode E-Registration No or registered Email Address or personal info
  11. Select Processing Site near you
  12. Encode Concern Details and Encode Contact number
  13. Attach passport (less than2MB), Click Upload
  14. Click Submit Ticket, click ‘Yes’ to confirm
  15. Copy the Ticket number to Inquire for updates

  3. Click create Ticket
  4. Click continue
  5. Select Service- online Services Balik-Manggagawa
  6. Select Concern – BM-OLD Record Problems
  7. Frequently asked Questions
  8. Eregistration No/eMail Address/ forgot
  9. Select Processing Site
  10. Encode OEC to locate/match
  11. Encode Concern details/Reason
  12. Click Submit Ticket: Copy the HelpDesk Ticket No.
  13. Check/reply for updates using Inquire Ticket

How to Recover E-Registration Account

How to : Recover your OFW/DMW eRegistration Account

  1. Go to www.OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph
  2. Scrolldown to HelpDesk
    • Inquire Ticket
    • Create Ticket
    • Transfer Old BM records
  3. Click create Ticket
  4. Click continue at ‘Welcome to Online Helpdesk’
  5. Select Service: online Services ERegistration
  6. Select Concern: Account Problem- I forgot my eRegistration Details
  7. Click Next
  8. Read and then Click Nex
  9. Click I forgot my ERegistration Number and Email Address 10. Encode Registrant’s Name and Birthday
  10. Click Find Ticket
  11. Select Processing Site near you
  12. Encode Contact number and new active email address
  13. Attach passport (less than2MB), Click Upload
  14. Click Submit Ticket, click ‘Yes’ to confirm
  15. Copy the Ticket number to Inquire for updates

Para naman sa concerns sa OEC, tumawag lamang po sa ating Balik-Manggagawa Processing Division sa numero (02) 8721-07-85 o mag email sa bmpd@dmw.gov.ph

    Good day, Ma’am/Sir!

    I have been trying to update my Balik Manggagawa Profile to be able to process new OEC, however it keeps appearing that the Passport Data is not available even after uploading my passport image numerous times.

    As my trip back to the Philippines is on Saturday, 11th of this month, I am very much worried that I will not have enough time to process necessary things and won’t be able to renew my OEC. Please let me know what to do next so I can avoid future problems.

    Gusto ko pong complaint SA employer ko sa Doha, Qatar. Gusto ko po silang kausapin pero blinock ako sa WhatsApp Ng employer ko. Ayaw Nia icancel ID ko kahit na NASA Pinas nako. Ayaw nia icancel para di ako makabalik para maghanap Ng ibang work po. . please po tulungan nio po ako.
    Ako Lang po inaasahan Ng pamilya Kong magtrabaho.🙏🏻

    Good day Sir… I’m trying to create a ticket so that I Can change my name details there is a mistake because my Middle Name is on the Surname while the Middle Name mentioned on my details is my Surname however I cannot go through it because it always mentioned No help or guide available. I have been trying this for 4 days now. What i will do

      May I know how many days, I need to wait to have a reply from DMW HELP DESK.I have file a ticket to edit my contract info of my OEC two days ago and until now, there’s no update on my ticket.

    ngtry po ako gumawa ng eticket pra po s edit ng name, bday,address at iba personal details pero ang sagot no help or guide available kaya anu na po gagawin ko? ilang beses na po ako pabalik balik sa opis ng poea. sana naman maayos na para mkapag apply na po ko papunta kuwait. salamat sa sagot.

    Good day, I had made multiple accounts (2 accounts) in poea/dmw e-registration but has different birthdate, it possible to deactivate or to delete the account with wrong personal information from the database because I’ve read something from the website that says having multiple accounts may cause delayed flight. And I think to prevent having delayed flight, few days from departure date I want to delete the excess account from the system’s database OR you have other solution/ suggestion to resolve this, I’m open for suggestions. Thank you.

    I’m trying to update my balik manggagawa information on your website however I am having a problem fixing it due this error “passport data is not available “ wherein my passport is already existing on the dashboard. I cannot even update or change my current employer on my profile on BM online.

    Good Day, ask ko lang po if paano po malalaman if updated na yung EPS account ko? I’ve already call the hotline para po ma update yung roster ko pero until now wala pa rin pong changes.

    Good PM….my concern po Ako nilagay sa help desk…kailangan po kasing mailagay sa POEA account ko Yung PAG IBIG number ko….10 days napo from the time ngsend Ako sa help desk,Wala pa po reply….sana po matulungan nyo Ako at still waiting for reply…salamat po
