MANAGER FACILITIES

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring installation and repairs: ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations during HVAC installations and
  repairs
• Trouble shooting and diagnostic: provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC problems.
• Supervising the HVAC team: oversea and coordinate the activities of HVAC Technicians including assigning tasks and scheduling work.
• Conducting inspections and maintenance: Regular inspect and maintain HVAC systems, conducting diagnostic to identify and correct
  malfunctions
